28/09/2009 – 29/09/2009

Filming of Michael’s individual running shots on Whitely Bay beach / promenade. May require re-shoot to acquire additional footage.

30/09/2009 – 1/10/2009

Filming of Sam’s running shots and car crash sequence. Shot in the back streets of Whitley Bay. Perfectly successful, although may require some links to be shot

2/10/2009

Shoot of Matthew’s running shots in Holywell Dene, Lots of stock footage shot, plenty to use, we have learnt from the previous two shoots what makes a successful shoot, so we were able to shoot in one day and do not require shooting additional scenes

5/10/2009

Initially this time was scheduled for the second day of Matthew’s running. However, we finished these earlier than expected. So we used this spare day to reshoot the introduction for Michael’s Running Shots

6/10/2009 – 7/10/2009

We used these two days to film Emma’s running shots and intro, although we have learnt what shots to get, and get as many as possible, we still required two days to do this

8/10/2009

This was the first day of our performance shots, tonight we were filming style 1 in the school’s drama hall. After near 2 hours of lighting set up and testing, we began filming and got some of the best footage of the video

9/10/2009

This was the second day of filming our whole band performance shots, this time, performance style 2 in the abandoned warehouse. We began filming as soon as possible starting at 6.30am, this gave us enough time to set up during the darker/early hours, then once we were set up, we were ready to shoot with the perfect light. We got well over 4 hours of stock footage between the two cameras
